Jesus commanded us to 'Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The most commonly overlooked part of that statement is that God instructs us to love ourselves well. When I was 12 years old I prayed, “If you can teach me how to love myself, I will change the world.” In this class, I will share my story of seeing the power of love transform my life and give you practical tools to go on your own journey.
